After more than 35 years in ministry, my heart is to come alongside pastors and leaders who need space to breathe, reflect, and be renewed. Through one-on-one conversations by phone or Zoom, I offer a confidential place to receive encouragement, prayer, and perspective — not from striving, but from the Father’s heart.
There is no fee for these sessions—donations may be made through the Donation button on any page of ChrisHayward.org, as the Lord leads.
When ministry becomes heavy, it’s often the Father’s quiet invitation to rest—to pause long enough to receive His encouragement again. These conversations are not counseling sessions or formal programs; they’re simply times of listening, prayer, and honest dialogue between pastors.

After 17 years in pastoral ministry, he spent over two decades as President of Cleansing Stream International, guiding one of the most far-reaching ministries of inner healing and deliverance—impacting more than a million lives across 36 nations and partnering with over 7,000 churches worldwide.
Today, from his home in Fort Worth, Texas, Chris continues his life’s work of helping pastors and ministry leaders experience renewal—spiritually, emotionally, and personally. He also serves occasionally as a teacher at Glory of Zion with Chuck Pierce. Chris and his wife, Karen, have been joyfully married for over 54 years and enjoy a rich family life with three children and six grandchildren.
